Effect of Baduanjin Combined with Auricular Acupressure Based on Midnight-noon Ebb-flow Acupoint Selection Theory on the Mental State of Tumor Chemotherapy Patients
Objective:To investigate the effect of Baduanjin combined with auricular acupressure based on midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection theory on the mental state of tumor chemotherapy patients.Method:A total of 80 tumor chemotherapy patients admitted to Jinjiang City Hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group (n=40) received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group (n=40) received nursing intervention of Baduanjin combined with auricular acupressure based on midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection theory on the basis of control group.The mental state,cancer-related fatigue,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Result:The quality of life score after intervention and total nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of cancer-related fatigue and mental state in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Baduanjin combined with auricular acupressure nursing based on midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection theory can improve patients' mental state,improve quality of life,reduce cancer-related fatigue and enhance nursing satisfaction.
