Application of Targeted Nursing Intervention Based on Subjective Cognitive Decline Assessment in Patients with Depression and Insomnia
Objective:To observe the application effect of targeted nursing based on subjective cognitive decline (SCD) assessment in patients with depression and insomnia.Method:Eighty-two patients with depression and insomnia who were treated in the Department of Mental Rehabilitation,Jiangxi Mental Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected,they were divided into control group (n=41) and study group (n=41) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while the study group was treated with targeted nursing intervention based on SCD assessment.SCD level,depression and anxiety degree,sleep quality changes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Result:After intervention,the 9-item subjective cognitive decline questionnaire (SCD-Q9) scores in both groups were lower than those of before intervention,and the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).After intervention,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the study group (92.68%) was higher than that in the control group (73.17%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervention based on SCD assessment can effectively improve SCD,depression and anxiety in patients with depression and insomnia,significantly regulate insomnia status,and improve nursing satisfaction.
