Effects of Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Combined with Five-tone Characteristic Nursing on Emotion,Psychological Resilience and Coping Style of Patients with Colorectal Cancer after Chemotherapy
Objective:To explore the effects of mindfulness-based stress reduction combined with five-tone characteristic nursing on emotions,psychological resilience and coping styles of patients with colorectal cancer after chemotherapy.Method:A total of 126 patients with colorectal cancer treated after chemotherapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from August 2021 to November 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given five-tone characteristic nursing combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The emotional,psychological resilience and coping styles before and after nursing of the two groups were compared.Result:Before nursing,there were no statistical significances in the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA),Hamilton depression scale (HAMD),Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC) and medical coping modes questionnaire (MCMQ) between the two groups (P>0.05).After nursing,HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After nursing,the scores and total scores of CD-RISC in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).After nursing,the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the avoidance and yield score were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mindfulness-based stress reduction combined with five-tone characteristic nursing intervention in patients with colorectal cancer after chemotherapy can effectively improve their negative emotions,enhance their psychological resilience,and promote their development of good coping styles.
