Effect of Nursing Guided by Health Quotient Concept on Health Belief,Self-management Ability and Cardiac Function of Patients after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing guided by health quotient concept on the health belief,self-management ability and cardiac function of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Method:A total of 112 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI treatment in Sihong Fen Jinting Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into control group (receiving routine nursing after surgery) and observation group (receiving nursing guided by health quotient concept) according to random number table method, with 56 cases in each group.Health belief,self-management ability and cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention, the scores of health belief scale and self-management ability scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).One month after operation, the cardiac output and left ejection fraction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing guided by health quotient concept can strengthen patients' health belief, improve patients' self-management ability and improve patients' cardiac function after PCI.
