Effect of Submucosal Hemagglutinin Injection in the Prevention of Intraoperative Bleeding during Endoscopic Cold Snare Resection of Colorectal Polyps
Objective:To investigate the effect of submucosal Hemagglutinin injection on the prevention of intraoperative bleeding during endoscopic cold snare resection of colorectal polyps.Method:A total of 80 patients with endoscopic cold snare resection of colorectal polyps admitted to Department of Internal Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Yichun University from November 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,a total of 90 polyps.They were divided into observation group (n=40,48 polyps) and control group (n=40,42 polyps) by computer random allocation method.Endoscopic cold snare resection of colorectal polyps was performed in both groups.The control group was given submucosal injection of sterile normal saline+Epinephrine,and the observation group was given submucosal injection of sterile normal saline+Epinephrine+Hemagglutinin to prevent hemostasis.The amount of blood loss during operation,hemostasis time,operation end time,polyp removal time,complete polyp removal rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The amount of blood loss during operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the time of hemostasis and the time of end of operation were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in complete polyp removal rate between groups (P>0.05).The time of polypectomy in observation group was shorter than that in control group (P<0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:During endoscopic cold snare resection of colorectal polyps,the use of submucosal Hemthrombin injection has significant hemostasis effect,which can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the hemostasis time and operation end time,reduce postoperative complications,and improve surgical safety,which is suitable for clinical application.
