Effect of Suspension Training System Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen in the Treatment of Stroke
Objective:To explore the effect of suspension training system combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on stroke patients.Method:A total of 120 patients with stroke treated in Rehabilitation Medicine Department of the Second People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected.According to random number table method, they were divided into control group (n=30),hyperbaric oxygen group (n=30),suspension group (n=30) and hyperbaric oxygen combined suspension group (n=30).The control group was treated with conventional treatment, the hyperbaric oxygen group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the control group, the suspension group was treated with suspension training system on the basis of the control group, and the hyperbaric oxygen combined suspension group was treated with suspension training system on the basis of the hyperbaric oxygen group. All patients were treated for 4 weeks. The motor function[upper limb Fugl-Meyer assessment scale (UL-FMA),lower limb Fugl-Meyer assessment scale (FMA-L) scores],balance ability[Berg balance scale (BBS) scores],walking ability[functional ambulation category scale (FAC) scores, maximum walking speed of 10 m (10MWS)]and quality of life[Barthel index (BI)]were recorded and compared among the four groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,UL-FMA,FMA-L and BBS scores of hyperbaric oxygen combined suspension group>suspension group>hyperbaric oxygen group>control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05);comparison of FAC score distribution among four groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);10MWS of hyperbaric oxygen combined suspension group>suspension group>hyperbaric oxygen group>control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the life quality scores of hyperbaric oxygen combined suspension group>suspension group>hyperbaric oxygen group>control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Suspension training system combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can further improve motor function, balance ability and quality of life in stroke patients.
