Application Effect of Intrauterine Single Balloon Combined with Calcium Gluconate in Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage during Cesarean Section
Objective:To analyze the effect of intrauterine single balloon combined with Calcium Gluconate in preventing postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section.Method:A total of 106 pregnant women who were expected to undergo cesarean section treated in Ji'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group (n=65) and control group (n=41).The control group was treated with intrauterine stuffing+Calcium Gluconate, and the observation group was treated with intrauterine single balloon stuffing+Calcium Gluconate. The clinical efficacy, operation indexes, recovery indexes, blood loss, uterine decline and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.38%,higher than 75.61% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the lochia clearance time and menstrual recovery time were earlier than those in the control group (P<0.05).The postpartum blood loss 2 and 4 h in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The decrease of uterus at 1,3 and 5 h postpartum in observation group was higher than those in control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Using intrauterine single balloon combined with calcium gluconate in cesarean section is helpful to prevent postpartum hemorrhage and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
