Effect of Ziprasidone Combined with Biofeedback in the Treatment of Patients with Schizophrenia and Its Influence on Protein Markers
Objective:To explore the effect of Ziprasidone combined with biofeedback on patients with schizophrenia and its influence on protein markers.Method:A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Third People's Hospital of Shangrao from September 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Ziprasidone, and the observation group was treated with Ziprasidone combined with biofeedback. The total treatment response rate, treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) score, positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) score, protein markers[S100 calc-binding protein B (S100B) and phosphorylated tau protein (p-tau)]and quality of life[schizophrenia quality of life scale (SQLS)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).After 1,2,4 and 8 weeks of treatment,TESS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,PANSS scores, protein markers and SQLS scores in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Ziprasidone combined with biofeedback in patients with schizophrenia has good effect, high safety, and can significantly improve the protein markers and quality of life of patients.
