Relationship between AR and Ki-67 Expression Levels and Ultrasonic Features of Triple-negative Breast Cancer
Objective:To explore the relationship between androgen receptor (AR) and Ki-67 expression levels and ultrasonic features of triple-negative breast cancer.Method:A total of 92 patients with triple-negative breast cancer who were treated in First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from May 2021 to April 2023 were retrospectively selected. All patients underwent ultrasound examination, and the expression of Ki-67 and AR were detected by immunohistochemical two-step method. The pathological features of Ki-67,AR positive expression triple-negative breast cancer patients and the ultrasound characteristics of AR positive expression and different expression levels of Ki-67 triple-negative breast cancer patients were compared.Result:The positive expression rates of Ki-67 and AR in triple-negative breast cancer were 90.22% (83/92) and 35.87% (33/92),respectively.The proportion of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ in Ki-67 positive patients was higher than that in negative patients, and the proportion of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ in AR positive patients was higher than that in negative patients, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in age, tumor site and maximum tumor diameter among patients with different Ki-67 and AR expression (P>0.05).The proportions of marginal burr without angulation and blood flow signal grade 0 and 1 in AR positive patients were higher than those in negative patients, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The proportion of marginal burr angulation, irregular morphology, calcification, posterior echo attenuation,non-hypoechoic internal echo and blood flow signal grade 2 and 3 in Ki-67 high expression group were higher than those in low expression group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In triple-negative breast cancer patients with AR positive expression, the proportion of marginal burr without angulation and blood flow signal grade 0 and 1 are high.In triple-negative breast cancer patients with high Ki-67 expression, the proportion of marginal burr angulation, irregular morphology, calcification, posterior echo attenuation,non-hypoechoic internal echo and blood flow signal grade 2 and 3 are high.
