Objective:To investigate the factors that affect the intention of healthy volunteers to participate in a vaccine clinical trial,to provide reference basis for the recruitment management of subsequent vaccine clinical research.Method:The convenience sampling method was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey on 223 healthy volunteers participating in vaccine clinical research from March to May 2023.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors on the behavioral intention of healthy volunteers participating in vaccine clinical research.Result:The average score of healthy volunteers' behavioral intention to participate in vaccine clinical research was (15.56±4.13) scores,and the understanding degree and satisfaction degree of healthy volunteers' participation in clinical research were important factors affecting their behavioral intention to participate (P<0.05).Conclusion:Healthy volunteers' understanding of clinical research and participation satisfaction are important factors affecting their behavioral intention to participate.Therefore,effective measures should be taken in vaccine clinical research to enhance volunteers' understanding of the research and pay attention to their feelings in participating in the research.
