Relationship of CT Special Signs with D-D Level and Short-term Prognosis in Patients with Spontaneous Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Objective:To analyze the relationship of computed tomography (CT) special signs with D-dimer (D-D) level and short-term prognosis in patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (SICH).Method:Data of 80 patients with SICH admitted to Leping People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected, clinical data and non-enhanced CT signs of the two groups were collected and compared, and they were divided into good group and bad group according to short-term prognosis.Multi-factor logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors for short-term poor prognosis of SICH patients.Spearman correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between CT special signs and D-D level.Result:The proportion of early hematoma enlargement (HE),satellite sign, black hole sign, island sign, irregular sign and D-D level in the bad group were significantly higher than those in the good group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that D-D,early HE,satellite sign, black hole sign, island sign and irregular sign were the influential factors for poor short-term prognosis of SICH patients (P<0.05).Spearman correlation coefficient analysis showed that swirl sign, satellite sign and low density sign were positively correlated with D-D level (P<0.05).Conclusion:CT special signs of SICH patients are closely related to D-D level and short-term prognosis.
