Clinical Diagnostic Value of Transperineal Two-dimensional Ultrasound Combined with Real-time Three-dimensional Ultrasound Examination in Female Stress Urinary Incontinence
Objective:To explore the clinical diagnostic value of transperineal two-dimensional ultrasound (2DUS) combined with real-time three-dimensional ultrasound (3DUS) examination in female stress urinary incontinence (SUI).Method:A total of 50 patients with SUI admitted to Jiujiang Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and included in the SUI group;another 50 healthy women who underwent routine physical examination in our hospital during the same period were included in the non-SUI group. All subjects underwent transperineal 2DUS and real-time 3DUS examination.Bladder neck descent (BND),urethral rotation angle (URA),and levator hiatus area (LHA) at rest and Valsalva action were recorded and compared between the two groups.Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn to analyze the clinical diagnostic value of transperineal 2DUS and real-time 3DUS examination for SUI.Result:BND,URA,resting LHA and Valsalva action LHA in SUI group were higher than those in SUI group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The ROC curve was drawn, and the results showed that BND,URA,resting LHA and Valsalva action LHA alone have certain diagnostic value for SUI[area under the curve (AUC)>0.71],and the combination of the above indexes has high diagnostic value for SUI (AUC>0.90).The best diagnostic value can be obtained when the cut-off values of the above indexes were 28.905 mm,55.885°,12.865 cm2 and 21.160 cm2,respectively.Conclusion:Transperineal 2DUS combined with real-time 3DUS examination has certain diagnostic value for female SUI.
