Detection Significance of Peak Intensity and Mean Transit Time under Ultrasonic Contrast in Patients with Endometrial Cancer
Objective:To explore the detection significance of peak intensity (PI) and mean transit time (MTT) under ultrasonic contrast in patients with endometrial cancer (EC).Method:A total of 60 patients with EC admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the EC group, and another 60 patients with benign endometrial lesions admitted to our hospital during the same period were selected as the benign lesion (BL) group. All patients underwent ultrasonic contrast,PI,MTT,time to peak (TTP) and arrival time (AT) were compared between EC group and BL group, deep muscle infiltration group and no or shallow muscle infiltration group, and the diagnostic value of the above indexes in EC and deep muscle infiltration were analyzed.Result:PI in EC group was higher than that in BL group, and MTT was shorter than that in BL group (t=6.315,3.177,P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the AUC of PI and MTT combined diagnosis of EC was 0.861,which was higher than than that of PI (0.799) and MTT (0.694) (Z=2.015,3.780,P<0.05).PI in deep muscle infiltration group was higher than that in no or shallow muscle infiltration group, and MTT was shorter than that in no or shallow muscle infiltration group (t=3.901,3.854,P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the AUC of PI and MTT combined diagnosis of EC deep muscle infiltration was 0.902,which was higher than that of PI (0.792) and MTT (0.764) (Z=2.345,2.226,P<0.05).Conclusion:PI and MTT under ultrasonic contrast have certain diagnostic value for EC and deep muscle infiltration.
