Effect of Three-port Laparoscopic Detached Pyeloplasty in the Treatment of Hydronephrosis in Children
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of three-port laparoscopic detached pyeloplasty on children with hydronephrosis. Method:A comparative analysis study scheme was adopted. 92 children with hydronephrosis admitted to Wuxi Children's Hospital from April 2021 to January 2024 were taken as analysis samples. They were divided into observation group and control group by random lottery method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group underwent open detached pyeloplasty, and the observation group underwent three-port laparoscopic detached pyeloplasty. Operation related indexes, complication rate, renal function indexes and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Result:The operative blood loss and drainage volume of perinephric space in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the extubation time was earlier than that in the control group, the operative time extubation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 3 d after surgery, the levels of serum creatinine (Scr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) was higher than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Three-port laparoscopic detached pyeloplasty for children with hydronephrosis can shorten the operation time, reduce the operative blood loss, shorten the postoperative recovery time, reduce the incidence of complications, improve renal function, and the recurrence rate is low.
