Effect of Heat Sensitive Moxibustion Combined with Peritoneal Infusion of Elemene and Lobaplatin on Malignant Ascites Secondary to Advanced Ovarian Cancer
Objective:To investigate the effect of heat sensitive moxibustion combined with peritoneal infusion of Elemene and Lobaplatin in patients with malignant ascites secondary to advanced ovarian cancer. Method:A total of 60 elderly patients with malignant ascites secondary to advanced ovarian cancer were selected from Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected. They were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received Elemene and Lobaplatin peritoneal infusion treatment, and the experimental group received heat sensitive moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group. The control of ascites, the levels of serum tumor markers and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result:The objective remission rate of peritoneal effusion in experimental group was 76.67%,which was higher than 40.00% in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, carcinoembryonic antigen, carbohydrate antigen 125 and carbohydrate antigen 199 in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The addition of heat sensitive moxibustion on the basis of peritoneal infusion of Elemene and Lobaplatin can further inhibit the expression of serum tumor markers in elderly patients with secondary malignant ascites of advanced ovarian cancer, improve the condition of ascites, and have high safety.
