Effect Analysis of Reconstruction of the Anterior Cruciate Ligament by All-inside Technique and Transplant Introduction from Outside to Inside Technology
Objective:To investigate the effect of the all-inside technique and the transplant introduction from outside to inside technology on the reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). Method:A total of 87 patients with ACL injury who received treatment in Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected and divided into study group (n=43) and control group (n=44) according to random number table method. The study group used all-inside technique to reconstruct ACL,while the control group used transplant introduction from outside to inside technology to reconstruct ACL. Perioperative indexes, pain, knee function and tunnel enlargement 1 year after surgery were compared between the two groups. Result:There was no significant difference in surgery time between the two groups (P>0.05). The number of tendon resection in the study group was less than that in the control group, and the graft diameter was larger than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). At 24 h and 2 weeks after surgery, the visual analogue scale (VAS) score of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). At 6 months and 1 year after surgery, there were no significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups (P>0.05). At 6 months and 1 year after surgery,Lysholm knee joint scores in two groups were higher than those before surgery, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),but there were no statistical significance between two groups (P>0.05). The enlargement rate of tibial tunnel in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). At 1 year after surgery, there were no significant differences in the results of the front drawer test and Lachman test between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:The application of all-inside technique and transplant introduction from outside to inside technology in ACL reconstruction can improve the knee joint function of patients, but the early postoperative pain of all-inside technique is mild and the tibial tunnel expansion rate is low.
