Application Effect of Xingpi Yanger Granules Combined with Massage Therapy in Acute Non-bacterial Diarrhea in Children
Objective:To explore the effects of Xingpi Yanger Granules combined with massage therapy on symptoms relief and gastrointestinal function of acute non-bacterial diarrhea in children. Method:In this prospective study,96 children with acute non-bacterial diarrhea admitted to Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to June 2023 were divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group (n=48) was treated with Xingpi Yanger Granules,and the combined group (n=48) was treated with massage therapy on this basis. The clinical efficacy,TCM symptoms scores,gastrin (GAS),motilin (MOT) and intestinal flora of the two groups were compared. Result:The total clinical effective rate of combined group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the TCM symptoms scores,GAS and MOT levels in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the number of Escherichia coli in combined group was less than that in control group,the number of enterococcus,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Xingpi Yanger Granules combined with massage therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with acute non-bacterial diarrhea,regulate gastrointestinal function and intestinal flora.
