Effects of Different Doses of Esketamine Combined with Sufentanil on Pain,Inflammatory Factors and Stress Response in Cesarean Section Women
Objective:To evaluate the effects of different doses of Esketamine combined with Sufentanil on pain, inflammatory factors and stress response of parturients in cesarean section. Method:A total of 84 puerperae intending to undergo cesarean section in Maternity & Child Care Center of Xinyu from August 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects. According to random number table method, they were divided into low-dose group (Esketamine 0.25 mg/kg+Sufentanil 0.15 μg/kg) and high-dose group (Esketamine 0.75 mg/kg+Sufentanil 0.15 μg/kg),with 42 cases in each group. Visual analogue scale (VAS) scores, levels of inflammatory factors, stress response indexes and complications between the two groups were compared. Result:At 4,8,12 and 24 h after surgery,VAS scores of the two groups were decreased successively, and those in the high-dose group were lower than those in the low-dose group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After surgery,24 h after surgery, the levels of C reactive protein (CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),norepinephrine (NE),adrenocorticotrophin (ACTH) and cortisol (Cor) in high-dose group were lower than those of low-dose group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Esketamine 0.75 mg/kg+Sufentanil 0.15 μg/kg anesthesia effect in cesarean section is better, can significantly relieve maternal inflammation and stress response state, safe and feasible.
