Effect of Vibration Sputum Expelling Apparatus Combined with Respiratory Muscle Training on Pulmonary Ventilation Function and Complication Risk of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage after Surgery
Objective:To investigate the effect of vibration sputum expelling apparatus combined with respiratory muscle training on pulmonary ventilation function and complications of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after surgery. Method:A total of 98 patients with cerebral hemorrhage after surgery were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from September 2022 to August 2023. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and respiratory muscle training, and the observation group was given vibration sputum expelling apparatus nursing on the basis of the control group. Pulmonary ventilation function, average daily sputum output, sputum viscosity score, expectoration effect and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Result:After nursing, the pulmonary ventilation function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the total effective rate of sputum expulsion was higher than that of the control group, and the average daily sputum output and sputum viscosity score were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:For patients with cerebral hemorrhage after surgery, timely administration of vibration sputum expelling apparatus combined with respiratory muscle training can effectively improve the pulmonary ventilation function and enhance the sputum expelling effect of patients, which has positive significance in reducing the incidence of postoperative complications.
