Research Progress on Analgesia of Severe Acute Pancreatitis in the ICU
Severe acute pancreatitis is a serious clinical emergency, which often leads to severe pain and multiple organ dysfunction. In the intensive care unit, effective analgesic management is essential to relieve patient pain, improve comfort, and promote recovery. In this paper, the selection of conventional analgesic drugs, epidural anesthesia and emerging analgesic strategies for severe acute pancreatitis are summarized, and the effects and risks of each analgesic strategy are analyzed. In addition, combined with recent research and clinical guidelines, this paper points out the challenges faced by the current analgesia management and the future improvement direction.
