Clinical Study of the Treatment of Acute Non-ST Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction with Danqi Tongmai Capsules
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Danqi Tongmai Capsules on acute non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI).Method:A total of 60 cases of acute NSTEMI patients treated in Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30) by random number table method.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given Danqi Tongmai Capsules combined with conventional western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy,angina pectoris attack,nitroglycerin dosage,cardiac troponin Ⅰ (cTnⅠ),C reactive protein (CRP),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris in both groups were less than those before treatment,and the duration of angina pectoris were shorter than those before treatment,and the frequency of angina pectoris in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of angina pectoris was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).The amount of Nitroglycerin in the treatment group was less than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cTnⅠ,CRP and NT-proBNP in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF in both groups were higher than those before treatment,LVEDD were lower than those before treatment,and LVEF in treatment group was higher than that in control group,LVEDD was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Danqi Tongmai Capsules in the treatment of acute NSTEMI can improve the clinical efficacy,relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris,reduce the dosage of Nitroglycerin,reduce the degree of myocardial damage and inflammation,and promote the improvement of cardiac function.
