Application Effect of Ultrasound-guided Supraclavicular Brachial Plexus Combined with Forearm Ulnar Nerve Block in Hand Ulnar Surgery
Objective:To explore the effect of ultrasound-guided supraclavicular brachial plexus combined with forearm ulnar nerve block in hand ulnar surgery.Method:A total of 60 patients who received hand ulnar surgery under nerve block in Jinjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to different nerve block methods, the patients were divided into SU group (ultrasound-guided supraclavicular brachial plexus combined with forearm ulnar nerve block,n=30) and S group (ultrasound-guided supraclavicular brachial plexus block,n=30).The surgery time, perfect time, total time of anesthesia, sensory block effect of ulnar nerve, anesthesia effect of operative area and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The block surgery time of SU group was significantly longer than that of S group, the block completion time and the total anesthesia time were significantly shorter than those of S group, and the sensory block effect of ulnar nerve and the anesthesia effect of surgical area were significantly better than those of S group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:In patients undergoing hand ulnar surgery,ultrasound-guided supraclavicular brachial plexus combined with ulnar nerve block of the forearm can provide better regional anesthesia, shorten the time of block completion and the total time of anesthesia.
