Clinical Study of Zhengqing Fengtongning Point Injection Combined with Small Acupotomy in the Treatment of Cervical Vertigo
Objective:To explore the effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning point injection combined with small acupotomy in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Method:This study included 120 patients with cervical vertigo admitted to the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from January 2022 to December 2023,they were divided into control group (n=60) and observation group (n=60) by random number table method.The control group was treated with small acupotomy therapy,and the observation group was treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning point injection therapy based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptoms and function of cervical vertigo[evaluation scale for cervical vertigo (ESCV)],serum inflammatory factors[endothelin (ET),interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)]and quality of life[generic quality of life inventory-74 (GQOLI-74)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67％,which was higher than 83.33％ of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms and functional scores of cervical vertigo in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of ET,IL-6 and TNF-α were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of physical,social and psychological function were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhengqing Fengtongning point injection combined with small acupotomy can significantly improve the effect in the treatment of cervical vertigo,improve the symptoms and function of cervical vertigo of patients,reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors,and improve the quality of life.
