Effect of Press Needle Combined with Muscle Stretching Technique in the Treatment of Patients with Periarthritis Humeroscapularis
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of press needle combined with muscle stretching technique in the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis.Method:A total of 80 patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis admitted to the Third Affiliated Clinical Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from May to December 2023 were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with microwave, and the observation group was treated with press needle combined with muscle stretching technique. The total response rate, pain degree before and after treatment[visual analogue scale (VAS)],shoulder function status (Constant-Murley shoulder scale) and upper limb movement[Fugl-Meyer assessment scale (FMA)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in VAS score,Constant-Murley shoulder joint score and FMA score between the two groups (P>0.05).After 1 and 3 courses of treatment,Constant-Murley shoulder joint scores and FMA scores were significantly higher than those before treatment, and those in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of press needle combined with muscle stretching technique in the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis is good, which can effectively control the pain degree of patients and improve the function of shoulder joint.
