Observation on Clinical Effect of Modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction Combined with Fire Needle in Herpetic Neuralgia with Pattern of Heat Stagnation in Liver Channel and Its Influence on Complement Expression
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with fire needle in herpetic neuralgia with pattern of heat stagnation in liver channel and its influence on complement expression.Method:A total of 60 patients with herpetic neuralgia with pattern of heat stagnation in liver channel admitted to Jiangxi Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group (n=30) was treated with modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction,and the observation group (n=30) was treated with fire needle on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndromes integrations,pain degree and immune indexes before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).TCM symptoms integrations and present pain intensity (PPI) scores after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,complement C3 and complement C4 in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the level of CD8+was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with fire needle can effectively improve the effect in herpetic neuralgia with pattern of heat stagnation in liver channel,relieve the symptoms of neuralgia and improve the immune indexes.
