Application of Nursing Management of FOCUS-PDCA Program in Interventional Therapy of Liver Cancer
Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of nursing management of focus management cycle (FOCUS-PDCA) in interventional treatment of liver cancer.Method:A total of 103 patients with liver cancer admitted to Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2021 to May 2024 were selected to receive interventional treatment for liver cancer. They were divided into the control group (n=50) and the observation group (n=53) by random number table method. The control group only received routine nursing, and the observation group received FOCUS-PDCA nursing management based on the control group. The rehabilitation indexes, quality of life and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Result:Postoperative exhaust time, defecation time, catheterization time, getting out of bed activity time, bowel sound recovery time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the intervention, the life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing management of FOCUS-PDCA program can accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients with liver cancer after interventional surgery, reduce the probability of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life.
