目的:探讨基于互联网进行院内与院外延伸护理对糖尿病患者血糖的影响.方法:收集2021年6月—2023年6月广东省人民医院赣州医院收治的300例糖尿病患者,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=150)和对照组(n=150).对照组给予传统健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上基于互联网进行院内与院外延伸护理.比较两组护理前后空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h postprandial plasma glucose,2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)、低血糖发生率、自我管理能力、心理状况、生活质量及护理满意度.结果:护理后,观察组FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c、焦虑抑郁评分、低血糖发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组自我管理各项水平得分(饮食、运动、血糖监测、足部护理)及总分,生活质量各项评分(满意程度、影响程度、糖尿病担忧、社会/职业担忧)均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:基于互联网进行院内与院外延伸护理的管理模式能提高患者的自我管理水平,更好地控制血糖,降低患者负面情绪,提高患者生活质量,且护理满意度更高.
Influence of Extended Nursing in Hospital and out of Hospital Based on Internet on Blood Glucose of Diabetic Patients
Objective:To explore the influence of extended nursing in hospital and out of hospital based on internet on blood glucose of diabetic patients.Method:A total of 300 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital Ganzhou Hospital were enrolled between June 2021 and June 2023.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group (n=150) and control group (n=150).The control group was given traditional health education,while observation group was additionally given extended nursing in hospital and out of hospital based on internet.The fasting plasma glucose (FPG),2 h postprandial plasma glucose (2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),incidence of hypoglycemia,self-management ability,psychological status,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Result:After nursing,FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c,anxiety and depression scores and the incidence of hypoglycemia in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-management levels (diet,exercise,blood glucose monitoring,foot care) and total scores,and the scores of quality of life (satisfaction,influence,diabetes concern,social/occupational concern) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The management mode of extended nursing in hospital and out of hospital based on the internet can improve self-management ability,better control blood glucose,reduce negative emotions and improve quality of life in patients,with higher nursing satisfaction.
