Application Effect of Individualized Risk Management Model under Management by Objectives Theory in Children with Primary Nephrotic Syndrome
Objective:To analyze the application effect of individualized risk management model under management by objectives theory in children with primary nephrotic syndrome.Method:A total of 80 children with primary nephrotic syndrome treated in Quanzhou First Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into reference group and study group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group implemented the conventional management intervention, and the study group implemented the individualized risk management model under management by objectives theory. The degree of mental toughness, treatment compliance, quality of life and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Result:Before intervention, there were no significant differences in treatment compliance score, mental toughness and quality of life between the two groups (P>0.05).After 1,2 and 3 months of intervention, the treatment compliance scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention, the toughness scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention, the quality of life scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized risk management model under management by objectives theory can effectively improve the psychological toughness of children, promote the behavioral change of treatment compliance, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the quality of life.
