Application Value of Whole-course High Quality Nursing in Patients with Colorectal Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy via IVAP
Objective:To explore the value of whole-course high quality nursing in patients with colorectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy via implantable venous access port (IVAP).Method:A total of 282 patients with colorectal cancer who received chemotherapy with IVAP as an intravenous channel were selected from the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, and the selected time was from January to December 2022.The patients were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 141 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the study group was given whole-course high quality nursing, and the nursing time were 1 week.Nursing satisfaction, incidence of adverse events, negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Result:The nursing satisfaction scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) in the study group after 1 week of nursing were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole-course high quality nursing has a high value in the application of patients with colorectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy via IVAP,which can alleviate the negative emotions of patients, reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
