Progress in Early Identification and Treatment of Sepsis-related Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome in Children
Sepsis is the host's maladjusted response to infection, which often leads to life-threatening organ dysfunction.Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is one of the most common complications of sepsis. In recent years, with the update of the definition and diagnostic criteria of ARDS in children, the identification and treatment of sepsis-related ARDS in children have become the focus of clinical medical research. In this paper, some new biomarkers and treatment strategies will be summarized in combination with the new progress in academic circles in recent years,in order to provide theoretical basis for doctors in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
