The basic principle and working principle of hemodialysis dialyzer are described in this paper.With the failure of different types of hemodialysis dialyzers in our hospital as case analysis,the importance of preventive maintenance of hemodialysis dialyzer is introduced correspondingly,and the effectiveness of preventive maintenance is charted.Hemodialysis dialyzer engineers should transition from passive maintenance to active preventive maintenance,to ensure the stability of the hemodialysis dialyzer working performance,eliminate the failure should not exist and unnecessarily,guarantee the normal operation of the dialysis.This operation is of great significance for reducing the failure rate and the clinical technical value of the engineers.
