Expression levels and diagnostic value of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein/prealbumin and D-dimer in tuberculous exudative pleurisy
[Objective]To study the expression level and diagnostic value of hypersensitive C-reactive protein/prealbumin ratio(hs-CRP/PAB)and D-dimer(D-D)in tuberculous exudative pleurisy by detecting the serum hs-CRP/PAB and D-D in patients with tuberculous exudative pleurisy.[Methods]According to the results of pathological biopsy,110 patients with pleural effusion diagnosed by thoracoscopy were divided into tuberculous exudative pleural effusion group(60 cases)and non-tuberculous pleural effusion group(50 cases)as the control group. The venous blood of the two groups of patients after admission was collected to detect the serum levels of hs-CRP/PAB and D-D.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of tuberculous exudative pleurisy. The receiver operating characteristic curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of serum hs-CRP/PAB and D-D levels in tuberculous exudative pleurisy.[Results]The expression levels of serum hs-CRP/PAB and D-D in the tuberculosis group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that high levels of hs-CRP/PAB and high levels of D-D were risk factors for tuberculous exudative pleurisy(P<0.05).The value of hs-CRP/PAB and D-D combined diagnosis of tuberculous exudative pleurisy is higher than that of hs-CRP/PAB and D-D alone.[Conclusion]The expression levels of hs-CRP/PAB and D-D in the serum of tuberculous exudative pleurisy are increased, and both are risk factors for the occurrence of tuberculous exudative pleurisy. The combined detection of the two has a high clinical value for the diagnosis of tuberculous exudative pleurisy.
