眼科住院医师规范化培训中的前沿技术应用医学伦理教育

摘要
针对眼科住院医师规范化培训的特点和难点,分析当前住院医师规范化培训中缺乏医学伦理学教育的现状,并针对眼科前沿技术应用所带来的医学伦理问题,提出医学伦理教育与临床实践双向整合、多模式融合教学法综合应用和全面诊疗思维系统培育的教学策略,以期完善眼科住院医师规范化培训体系,力图培养具备职业综合能力和高尚医德素养的眼科青年人才.
Abstract
Aiming at the characteristics and difficulties of standardized resident training of ophthalmology,this article analyzes the current situation of the absence of medical ethics education in the standardized training of residents.In response to the medical ethical issues arising from the application of frontier ophthalmic technologies,the corresponding teaching strategies,such as two-way integration of medical ethics education and clinical practice,comprehensive application of multimodal integrated teaching method and systematic cultivation of comprehensive diagnosis and treatment thought,were proposed to improve the standardized training system of ophthalmic residents and cultivate young ophthalmic talents with compre-hensive professional abilities and noble medical ethics.
