强化"皮肤性病学"教学中医学人文素质的培养

随着医学科学的发展与改革,医学模式已由传统的"生物医学模式"转变为"生物-心理-社会"医学模式,心理社会因素在疾病中的致病作用逐渐被人们重视.皮肤性病科患者群体由于皮损的暴露性、病情的反复发作等特点,导致该患者群体具有独特的心理特征,要求医师在诊疗过程中尤其需要体现人文关怀,而高等医学院校作为医学生成长的基地,应重视皮肤性病学教学中人文素质的培养.文章通过分析当前医学人文教育存在的问题,结合皮肤性病学教学现状,阐述人文素质教育在皮肤性病学教学中的必要性,并进一步提出相应的改革措施,旨在为高校培养理论基础扎实、道德素质高尚的皮肤性病科临床医师提供思路和借鉴.
Enhancement of medical humanistic quality in the teaching of Dermatovenereology
Along with the development and reform of medical science,the medical mode has been changed from the traditional"biomedical mode"to"biological-psychological-social"medical mode.The psychosocial factors in the pathogenesis of skin diseases have been gradually underscored.Due to the exposure of skin lesions and recurrence,patient in the Department of Dermatovenereology have unique psychological characteristics,which especially requires humanistic care from physicians in the process of diagnosis and treatment.As the base to cultivate medical students,medical colleges and universities should pay attention to the cultivation of humanistic quality in the teaching of Dermatovenereology.This paper analyzes the existing problems in current medical humanistic education,elaborates the necessity of humanistic quality education in the teaching of Dermatovenereology combining the current teaching of Dermatovenereology,and further proposes corresponding reform measures,so as to provide thought and reference to the cultivation of clinicians of Dermatovenereology with solid theoretical basis and nobel virtue.
