摘要
病理住院医师规范化培训不仅需要培训学员的临床技能还须培养其科研素养,从而提高规培学员的综合能力.文章从六大核心胜任力出发,探讨科研思维培养的必要性、病理规培学员科研培训面临的问题以及如何对规培学员进行科研思维培养,旨在提高规培学员的综合能力和素质,为其未来职业的发展奠定良好基础.
Abstract
While emphasizing the standardized training of pathological resident physicians,it is also necessary to focus on cultivating scientific research literacy and improving the comprehensive abili-ties of trainees.Starting from the six core competencies,this article explores the necessity of cultivat-ing scientific research thinking,the problems faced by pathological training trainees in scientific re-search training,and how to cultivate scientific research thinking for them.The aim is to improve their comprehensive abilities and lay a solid foundation for future career development.
