Research on the construction of assessing indicator system of career development of postgraduates of Social Medicine and Healthcare Management:A case study of Guangxi Medical University
Objective To construct an indicator system for the career development of postgradu-ates of Social Medicine and Healthcare Management based on the characteristics of colleges and uni-versities.Methods The preliminary frame of indicator system was built on the basis of literature re-view and the training goal of college,and delphi expert consultation was applied to select indicators.Using questionnaire survey,53 postgraduates from the major of Social Medicine and Healthcare Man-agement in Guangxi Medical University were selected as the objects through convenient sampling,and the reliability and validity of the indicator system questionnaire were also tested.Results The positive coefficient of specialists in two rounds of formal consultation were 100.00%and 93.75%respec-tively,while the authority factor(Cr)was 0.894.The Kendall's coefficient of concordance ascended round by round.In this study,the indicator system was determined as 2 first-level indicators,6 second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators,and the Cronbach's α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.936.Conclusion The indicator system in this study has good scientific sense and reasonability,and can be used to reflect the situation of career development of postgraduates in Social Medicine and Healthcare Management.
