Knowledge graph analysis on medical smart education research under digital and technological empowerment
Objective Smart education has laid the foundation for the implementation of effi-cient medical classroom and promoted the deepening of medical education reform.Exploring the devel-opment process and research hotspots of medical smart education can provide reference for the devel-opment of medical education in China.Methods Literatures related to medical smart education pub-lished in China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)database from when the database was estab-lished to December 2023 were retrieved,and the number of publications,institutions,authors,and keywords of the included literatures were visually analyzed by using CiteSpace bibliometric software.Results 493 relevant literatures were included.Research found that the annual circulation of literature related to medical smart education in China was on the rise.Research institutions mainly include medi-cal/pharmaceutical universities,medical schools,vocational colleges,and other schools at different levels and their affiliated hospitals.The hot research topics mainly focus on three aspects including smart management,smart teaching and smart resources.The research field focuses on the theoretical and practical teaching of clinical medicine,nursing,traditional Chinese medicine,etc.Conclusion Through bibliometric analysis of the research progress of medical smart education in China,a deep un-derstanding of the development process and constituent elements of medical smart education is ob-tained.The paper predicts that the construction of smart platforms,smart teaching technology and per-sonalized learning will be the main research hotspots and directions in the future.
