基于OBE理念的医学教育教学研究文献计量学分析

目的 分析成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)理念在中国医学教育教学领域的应用现状,为探索医学教学模式的新路径提供文献支持.方法 通过中国知网(CNKI)数据知识服务平台,检索OBE理念应用于医学教育领域的相关文章,运用VOSviewer version 1.6.19、R-4.3.1 Bibliometrix、Excel 2019软件对纳入文献的年发文量、作者分布、机构分布、来源期刊、关键词等进行文献计量学与可视化分析.结果 纳入文献总数为554篇,年度刊出量呈明显上升的趋势.其中480篇合作撰写,合作度为3.52,合著率为86.64%;刊发于198种期刊,文献被引率较低;研究机构以医学院校为主;共提取有效关键词90个,其中高频关键词27个;研究热点主要集中于课程思政与教学设计、混合式教学、实践教学的教学改革等方面.结论 OBE理念已开始广泛应用于医学教育领域,但仍存在文献合作度低、被引频次低等问题,医学教育工作者应加强合作,拓展OBE理念下教学实践研究的广度和深度,不断提高医学教学质量.
Bibliometric analysis of research on medical education and teaching based on OBE concept
Objective To analyze the application status of Outcome-Based Education(OBE)concept in China's medical education and teaching and provide literature support for exploring the new path of medical teaching mode.Methods Through China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)platform,papers related to the application of OBE concept in medical education were searched.Ana-lytical tools,including VOSviewer version 1.6.19,R-4.3.1 Bibliometrix and Excel 2019,were em-ployed to make bibliometric and visualized analysis of variables such as annual publication trends,au-thorship distribution,institution distribution,journal sources,and keywords.Results A total of 554 papers were reviewed,indicating a notable increase in annual publication volume.The study revealed extensive collaboration in authorship,with 480 co-authored papers,showing a collaboration degree of 3.52 and an 86.64%collaboration rate.These papers were published in 198 journals,yet they exhib-ited a relatively low citation rate.Medical colleges and universities were the major source of institu-tion.A total of 90 effective keywords were drew,including 27 high-frequency keywords.The re-search hotspots mainly focused on curriculum ideology and politics and teaching design,blended teaching,and practical teaching reform.Conclusion The OBE concept has been widely applied in the field of medical education,but problems such as low literature collaboration and low citation rates still remain.Medical educators should strengthen cooperation,expand the width and deepth of teaching practice research based on OBE concept,and constantly promote the quality of medical teaching.
