基于SECI知识转化模型的高校混合式教学模式研究

当前,在高校全面开展混合式教学改革的大背景下,如何依据教学过程中知识转化与知识积累的内在规律,促进线上线下一体化融合发展,提升教学质量,成为教育领域的重点议题.通过引入SECI知识转化模型,揭示隐性知识与显性知识相互转化的科学原理;结合线上资源与线下课堂的主要特点,构建基于SECI知识转化模型的高校混合式教学模式.将该模式应用于"MOOC及微课设计与制作"课程实践中,并利用知识水平测试、问卷调查和深度访谈等方法收集教学试验数据.研究结果表明,相较于传统教学模式,基于SECI知识转化模型的混合式教学模式在提升教学成效、培养学生自主学习能力等方面具有明显优势,学生整体的学习满意度较高.
Research on blended teaching mode in colleges and universities based on SECI knowledge transformation model
At present,under the background of comprehensively carrying out blended teach-ing reform in colleges and universities,how to promote the online and offline integration according to the inherent rules of knowledge development and accumulation in the teaching process,so as to im-prove the teaching quality,has become a key issue in the field of education.By introducing SECI knowledge transformation model,this paper systematically sorts out the scientific principle of the mu-tual transformation of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge,and combines the main characteristics of online resources and offline class to build a blended teaching model of colleges and universities based on SECI knowledge transformation model.This model is applied to the practice of"MOOC and Micro-course Design and Production"course,and the teaching experiment data is collected by knowledge level test,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.The research results show that compared with the conventional blended teaching mode,the blended teaching mode based on SECI knowledge transformation model has obvious advantages in improving teaching effectiveness and culti-vating students'autonomous learning ability,and students'overall learning satisfaction is higher.
