Exploration of research integrity of medical postgraduates in the context of educational informatization—Based on social network analysis method
Objective To analyze the main problems of research integrity of medical post-graduates,and propose countermeasures to strengthen the research integrity of medical postgraduates from the perspective of education informatization technology.Methods Literature research method was used to sort out the problems of research integrity of medical postgraduates,social network analy-sis method was applied to analyze the problems derived from the sorting out,and TOPSIS method was adopted to make a comprehensive evaluation of the results calculated based on the social network analysis method.Results Through sorting out and analyzing the relevant issues in the literature,the top four issues in terms of frequency are low awareness of research integrity(18 times),falsification and manipulation of data(15 times),plagiarism and plagiarism of others'results(12 times),and negli-gence of supervisors(12 times).The comprehensive evaluation of the results calculated by the social network analysis method through TOPSIS method showed that the top four rankings were falsification and tampering with data(Ci=0.815),low awareness of research integrity(Ci=0.793),copying and plagiarism(Ci=0.788),and negligence of supervisors(Ci=0.497).Conclusion Initiatives such as im-proving the relevant management methods with the help of information technology and strengthening the academic supervision mechanism,strengthening the education of scientific research integrity and raising the awareness of scientific research integrity,improving the responsibility system of tutors and eliminating academic misconduct and so on should be taken to strengthen the research integrity of medical postgraduates.
