Objective To construct the perioperative nursing plan for patients receiving laparoscopic oral mucosal ureteroplasty based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS),so as to provide theoretical and research basis for clinical nursing.Methods Articles on perioperative nursing plan for patients receiving laparoscopic oral mucosal ureteroplasty based on the concept of ERAS were systematically searched in databases.After screening and quality evaluation,the draft for the perioperative nursing was prepared.The final items and their weights were settled using the Delphi method.Results The effective recovery rates for the two-round letter consultation were 95.24％and 100.00％respectively,and the expert authority coefficients were both 0.87,with the Kendall concordance coefficient of 0.18 and 0.21,respectively(P＜0.001 for all).In the second-round letter consultation,the coefficient of variation of each item was 0～0.20,and the significance ranged from 3.95 to 5.00.The final nursing plan consisted of 4 first-level items,27 secondary ones and 60 third-level ones.Conclusion The nursing plan constructed is reliable,practical and well-targeted.Its application can alleviate the postoperative discomfort and promote patients'recovery.
