Objective To explore the effect of applying pestle acupuncture combined with analgesia to relieve pain after cesarean section. Methods Totally 100 parturients undergoing cesarean section between September 2022 and April 2023 were divided into an observation group and a control group, each of 50,according to a random number table. Both groups were treated with analgesic pump, while the observation group was additionally provided with pestle acupuncture. The postoperative pain and comfort were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(Fintergroup =28.71,P<0.01),while the comfort score was higher than the latter(t=6.60,P<0.01).Conclusion Pestle acupuncture combined with analgesic pump can significantly relieve the pain of patients after cesarean section and boost their comfort.
