Objective To understand the current situation of disease communication between couples with gynecological cancer wife and its influencing factors.Methods Between February 2022 and February 2023,102 hospitalized gynecological cancer patients were selected using convenience sampling.They were investigated using a general information questionnaire and the cancer-related communication problem scale(CRCP).Results The total CRCP score was(17.25±2.90)points.According to the multiple linear regression analysis,the monthly family income,TNM stage and communication with medical staff were independent influencing factors of the CRCP score(R2 =0.390,△R2 =0.364,F=15.475,P＜0.001).Conclusion The communication between couples of gynecological cancer patients is of moderate level.The monthly family income,TNM stage and communication with medical staff may affect such communication.Therefore,in the clinical practice,medical staff should provide them with targeted communication strategies to promote positive communication.
