摘要
目的 探讨基于积极心理学的康复护理对精神分裂症患者应对方式及社会功能的影响.方法 选取笔者所在医院收治的92例精神分裂症康复期患者为研究对象,将2020年6月—2021年9月收治的46例患者设为对照组,将2021年10月—2022年12月收治的46例患者设为观察组.对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于积极心理学的康复护理.采用医学应对方式问卷(medical coping modes questionnaire,MCMQ)、社会功能缺陷筛查表(social disability screening schedule,SDSS)和生活质量综合评定问卷(generic quality of life in-ventory-74,GQOLI-74)对2组进行评估.结果 干预后,观察组应对方式中面对维度得分高于对照组(t=9.648,P＜0.001),回避和屈服维度得分均低于对照组(t=17.646,P＜0.001;t=9.743,P＜0.001);观察组SDSS得分低于对照组(t=17.129,P＜0.001);GQOLI-74得分高于对照组(t=13.163,P＜0.001).结论 基于积极心理学的康复护理可促使精神分裂症患者采用积极方式应对疾病,改善其社会功能,提高其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing based on positive psychology on coping style and social function of patients with schizophrenia.Methods Ninety-two schizophrenia patients admitted to author's hospital were selected.Among them,46 patients admitted in hospital between June 2020 and September 2021 were chosen into a control group,while another 46 patients admitted in hospital between October 2021 and December 2022 were selected into an observation group.Both groups were given routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with rehabilitation nursing based on positive psychology for 3 months.After the intervention,both groups were evaluated using the medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ),social disability screening schedule(SDSS)and generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74),respectively.Results After the intervention,among all dimensions of MCMQ,the facing score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(t=9.648,P＜0.001),while the avoidance score and yield score of the former were significantly lower than the latter(t=17.646,P＜0.001;t=9.743,P＜0.001).However,the SDSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=17.129,P＜0.001),while the GQOLI-74 score was significantly higher than the latter(t=13.163,P＜0.001).Conclusion The implementation of rehabilitation nursing based on positive psychology can help schizophrenia patients cope with their disease actively,and improve their social function and life quality.
