Disability acceptance in patients with breast cancer undergoing modified radical mastectomy and its influencing factors

摘要
目的 探讨乳腺癌改良根治术患者伤残接受度的现状,并分析其影响因素.方法 选取2021年6月—2022年12月在莆田学院附属医院接受改良根治术治疗的96例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、伤残接受度量表(acceptance of disabiliy scale,AODS)、社会支持评定量表(social support rating scale,SSRS)、医学应对方式问卷(medical coping modes questionnaire,MCMQ)对其进行调查.结果 96例乳腺癌患者改良根治术后的AODS评分为(78.65±8.42)分.多元线性回归分析发现,年龄、社会支持水平、应对方式及受教育程度是乳腺癌改良根治术患者伤残接受度的独立影响因素(R2=0.774,ΔR2=0.764,F=77.806,P＜0.001).结论 乳腺癌改良根治术患者伤残接受度处于中等水平,应特别注意加强青年、社会支持水平低、采取消极应对方式及受教育程度低的患者的心理护理、健康教育,引导患者积极面对自身疾病,并提供必要的支持,以提高其伤残接受度水平.
Abstract
Objective To explore the influencing factors of disability acceptance in patients with breast cancer undergoing modified radical mastectomy.Methods Ninety-six breast cancer patients who received modified radical mastectomy between June 2021 and December 2022 were selected,and evaluated using a general condition questionnaire,the acceptance of disability scale(AODS),the social support rating scale(SSRS)and the medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ).Results The AODS score was(78.65±8.42)points.The multiple linear regression analysis found that age,social support,education level and coping style were independent influencing factors of the AODS score(R2=0.774,ΔR2=0.764,F=77.806,P＜0.001).Conclusion The disability acceptance of breast cancer patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy is at a medium level.Special attention should be paid to strengthen psychological care and health education for young people,patients with low social support,negative coping style or low education level,guide patients to face their own diseases actively and provide necessary support to improve their disability acceptance level.
