Total knee arthroplasty(TKA)has become a more thorough and effective treatment option for pain management in patients with advanced knee osteoarthritis.However,due to physical,psychological and social dysfunction,patients often carry out limited physical activities to maintain a static lifestyle after surgeries.Sedentary is related to many diseases such as cardiovascular diseases,diabetes and obesity.Therefore,the management of sedentary behavior in patients with TKA is particularly important.This paper expounds the identification,classification and evaluation of sedentary behavior,and summarizes its influencing factors and intervention measures,in order to provide reference for the management of sedentary behavior in TKA patients.
