基于智能化6分钟步行试验的个体化运动方案对老年糖尿病患者的影响

摘要
目的 观察以智能化6分钟步行试验为指导制定的个体化运动方案对老年糖尿病患者的影响.方法 选取 2022 年 6 月-12 月于某市三甲医院就诊的老年糖尿病患者 95 例,将其随机分为观察组 49 例与对照组 46例.对照组每周进行中等强度的运动 150 min以上,观察组基于智能化 6 分钟步行试验结果制定个体化的运动处方指导运动.比较干预前及干预 12 周后 2 组空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,糖化血红蛋白和体质指数(body mass index,BMI).结果 干预 12 周后,观察组BMI、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组(t=2.327,P=0.022;t=2.134,P=0.035;t=2.480,P=0.015;t=2.295,P=0.024;t=2.050,P=0.043).结论 以智能化 6 分钟步行试验为指导制定的个体化运动方案,能有效降低老年糖尿病患者的糖脂代谢指标和BMI.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of individualized exercise guided by intelligent 6-minute walking test on elderly patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 95 elderly diabetic patients treated between June 2022 and December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n=49)and a control group(n=46).The control group underwent weekly 150-minute exercise at moderate intensity,while the observation group was given individualized exercise intervention according to the results of the intelligent 6-minute walking test.Before and after 12-week intervention,both groups were evaluated their total cholesterol,triglyceride,fasting blood glucose,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and body mass index(BMI).Results After 12-week intervention,the BMI,total cholesterol,triglyceride,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(t=2.327,P=0.022;t=2.134,P=0.035;t=2.480,P=0.015;t=2.295,P= 0.024;t=2.050,P=0.043).Conclusion The individualized exercise based on the guidance of 6-minute walking test can effectively reduce their glycemic and BMI.
