摘要
目的 系统评价中老年糖尿病患者用药依从性的影响因素.方法 检索 PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Li-brary、Web of Science、中国知网、CINAHL、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库中与中老年糖尿病患者用药依从性影响因素相关的观察性研究.检索时限为建库至 2023 年 12 月.由 2 名研究者进行文献筛选、质量评价及资料提取后,采用 Stata 17.0 软件进行 Meta分析.结果 共纳入 14 篇文献,总样本量为 4 920 例,其中用药依从性良好的患者 3 023 例,Meta分析结果显示,性别、婚姻状态、受教育程度、收入、服药信念、血糖监测次数、并发症认知、用药数量是中老年糖尿病患者用药依从性的影响因素.结论 中老年糖尿病患者的用药依从性受多种因素影响,医护人员应针对相关因素实施个性化干预措施,以提高患者的用药依从性.
Abstract
Objective To conduct a Meta-analysis of the influencing factors of medication adherence among the middle-aged and elderly diabetic patients.Methods Observational studies related to factors influencing medication adherence among the middle-aged and elderly diabetic patients were searched in databases including the PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Internet,CINAHL,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBM.The time period was set from inception until December 2023.Then the literature screening,quality assessment and data extraction were conducted and cross-checked by 2 independent researchers.Moreover,the Meta-analysis was performed using the Stata 17.0 software.Results A total of 14 articles were selected,covering a total sample size of 4 920,with 3 023 patients of good medication adherence.Gender,marital status,education,income,belief in taking medication,times of glucose monitoring,perceptions of complications and number of medications were the influencing factors of medication adherence among middle-aged and elderly diabetic patients.Conclusion The medication adherence of the middle-aged and elderly diabetic patients is affected by a variety of factors,and medical staff should take targeted actions to promote their medication adherence.
