强制公民行为量表的汉化及在临床医护人员中的信效度检验

摘要
目的 汉化强制公民行为量表(compulsory citizenship behavior scale,CCBS),并对其在临床医护人员中的信效度进行检验.方法 在经过源量表作者的同意和授权后,将英文版 CCBS经过翻译、回译、文化调适及预调查后,形成中文版CCBS,并对244名临床医护人员发放问卷进行调查,评价中文版CCBS的信度与效度.结果 中文版CCBS的 Cronbach'α为 0.820,重测信度为 0.890;量表总体内容效度指数为 0.967,各条目水平内容效度指数为 0.833～1.000.探索性因子分析提取了 1 个公因子,累计方差贡献率为 58.164%.结论 中文版 CCBS具有较好的信度和效度,可行性和实用性较强,可应用于我国临床医护人员强制公民行为的评估.
Abstract
Objective To explore the Chinesization of the compulsory citizenship behavior scale(CCBS)and test its reliability and validity among the clinical medical staff.Methods The English version of the compulsory citizenship behavior scale was translated and back-translated,and adjusted cross-culturally to form the Chinese version of the CCBS.Then 244 medical staffs were surveyed to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version.Results The Cronbach'α of Chinese CCBS was 0.820,and its retest reliability was 0.890.The content validity index of each item ranged from 0.833 to 1.000,with the average content validity index of the scale being 0.967.One common factor was extracted from exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 58.164%.Conclusion The Chinese-version CCBS has good reliability and validity,and can be applied in assessing CCB of clinical medical staff.
