进食障碍患者主要照顾者家庭顺应现状及其影响因素分析

摘要
目的 探索进食障碍患者主要照顾者家庭顺应现状及其影响因素.方法 采用便利抽样法,选取 2022年 10 月-2023 年 5 月天津市安定医院收治的 166 例进食障碍患者的主要照顾者作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、进食障碍患者家庭顺应量表、中国版 10 项目大五人格量表、自我调节疲劳量表、中文版多元心理健康素养量表和心理脱离量表对其进行调查.结果 166 例进食障碍患者主要照顾者家庭顺应得分为(68.46±11.05)分,多元线性回归分析结果显示,患者病程、主要照顾者年龄、尽责性、情绪稳定性、自我调节疲劳、心理健康素养和心理脱离是进食障碍患者主要照顾者家庭顺应的独立影响因素(R2 =0.478,△R2 =0.454,F=20.628,P＜0.001).结论 进食障碍患者主要照顾者家庭顺应处于中等水平.临床护士应充分评估并重点关注高家庭顺应水平特征的主要照顾者,采取有效措施针对性帮助其降低家庭顺应水平,促进患者康复.
Abstract
Objective To explore the current situation of family accommodation for primary caregivers in patients with eating disorder and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 166 patients with eating disorder and admitted in the Tianjin Anding hospital between Octorber 2022 and May 2023,were selected using the convenience sampling method.Then they were surveyed using the general condition questionnaire,accommodation and enabling scale for eating disorders,ten-item personality inventory in China,self-regulatory fatigue scale,multicomponent mental health literacy measure-Chinese version and psychological detachment scale.Results The family accommodation score was(68.46±11.05)points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the disease course of patients,education background,conscientiousness,emotional stability,self-regulatory fatigue,mental health literacy and psychological detachment of primary caregivers were independent influencing factors for the family accommodation of the main caregivers(R2 =0.478,△R2 =0.454,F=20.628,P＜0.001).Conclusion The family accommodation of this study is of moderate level.Clinical nurses should fully evaluate and attach an importance to the primary caregivers with high level of family accommodation,and take a variety of measures to lower it,so as to promote the recovery of patients.
